I allow my clients to focus on the here and now. This creates a form of reality and then we work on future plans and how to achieve them. The goals are result and effort driven and allows for each client to work without fear of failing knowing they have a professional coach by their side.

I like to coach in a democratic style helping to guide my clients while they learn. This allows for each client to take ownership of their life and actions, it encourages greater thinking and planned results.

Private coaching will be providing in 1-hour sessions. These sessions are provided weekly for a period of 6-months. There is also a package available for bi-weekly sessions at 6-months. Each session focuses on the clients needs and creates a plan for creating goals for achievement.
Clients are able to reach there coach daily if needed.

Online coaching is available daily with packages for success strategies and planning.

8-week courses are held at our Chicago office for business and wellness clients.

Training courses are available online and through webinars.

Born in Chicago in 1973, to a single mother. Raised by the village that consisted of her grandmother uncle, aunts and community. She grew from the projects to claiming her rightful voice and knowledge at podium. This is not your ordinary coach. At the age of seven she realized that there was more to being a kid than just asking for handouts. With the help of her uncle she started her own candy store. This was just the start. As the only child to a single mother, she understood early that the best way to enjoy life and not be lonely was to write. These early beginnings led to her entrepreneur journey and her intense love of writing and helping others to realize their inner niche and their life plan.

In 2005, she would help over 200 small minority businesses to step out on faith. This was a passion that she knew would grow into something greater as her company grew. In 2006, she opened up her first early childhood daycare. This came as a result of her love of children and the need that single parents and couples had for quality care, as they set out to become independent and financially stable for their families. She continued this journey and now has three facilities that are focused on the care of our children and the independence of family as an whole.

2010 was the best year of her life as described by the achievement of two degrees in undergraduate Business Management from Roosevelt University and a minor in Psychology from Prairie State College.

In 2015, she released her first children's book "The Greatest Holiday Ever" a cultural journey for kids and families into the holidays we share and the months they fall in. This was the start of a series of education books for children to support their learning and the history and culture of the black families as a whole. She didn't stop there as she used her happiness, hurt and pain in relationships and families to create novels like the "Unbroken" and poetry, "In My Feelings" to name a few to help those who were going through heartache and sometimes bliss in the world of relationships and family.

Her journeys were paused in 2015 as she faced the fight of her life and she never stopped pushing forward. Her life was almost cut short that year in a head on collision yet, she kept on moving forward after she healed and in 2018 she received her Masters from Adler University and this helped to open her up to more skills and knowledge in the areas of mental health counseling and coaching.
