I have been coaching for 2 years with amazing results. I come from a 30kg weightloss, I have moved to Italy to live out my dreams and I have chosen to live a life that I really want.

My journey starts in Denmark where i studies Marketing and communications and I used to not believe in myself. My everyday was the belief that I was not good enough and that I was not able to accomplish anything! Well here I am - I have overcome my fears, my blocking thoughts and I have unleashed my potential.

I have 2 kids, I am married and I have become a fitness trainer and personal trainer - living out my dreams.
