Emotional Eating Coaching:
-I will guide you through personalized strategies to address the root causes of your emotional eating, helping you build a sustainable and fulfilling approach to nourishing your body and mind.
Meal Planning and Nutrition Coaching:
-We'll work with you to create a meal plan that includes nutrient-dense, delicious foods that leave you feeling satisfied and energized. Additionally, we'll provide education and coaching on healthy eating habits, portion control, and mindful eating practices.
Stress Management and Mindfulness Coaching:
-We'll work with you to identify sources of stress in your life and develop personalized strategies to manage them. Additionally, I will teach you mindfulness practices, such as meditation and deep breathing exercises, to help you stay present and centered in the moment.
Sleep Coaching:
-We'll work with you to identify factors that may be impacting your sleep, such as caffeine consumption, screen time, and sleep environment. I will provide education and coaching on healthy sleep habits and relaxation techniques to help you achieve a restful night's sleep.
My coaching package includes:
-Weekly 60-minute coaching sessions with an expert coach
-Personalized strategies and techniques tailored to your unique needs
-Support and guidance throughout your journey to overcome emotional eating
-Education material and coaching tools provided for your own unique needs
-Regular accountability checks via email or whatsapp during the week
Fees: from $75 USD to $300 USD
My sessions last for 60 minutes (90 $/hour). However, if you purchase my three-months-package offers where I meet with a client individualy once a week for an hour (75 $/hour) + limitless availability during my working hours (if you have any questions)
300 $ per month x 3 = 900 $/ 12 sessions
