About me
I am an Accountant by profession. I have also set up as a limited company for consultancy and accounting / bookkeeping services.
In past 2.5 years I have coached a variety of clients, all encompassing different challenges, career progression and transition, life/work balance, confidence, fear of failure, fear of success etcetera. We are all striving for success and satisfaction, happiness and fulfillment, however to be able to achieve these goals, we require professional guidance to help us on our journey of happiness and success. With the help of a coach you are then able to understand what the positive words above mean to you personally and then it is just a matter of adapting the right mindset, changing those limiting beliefs into empowering ones, gaining back your confidence and consistent action taking.
I offer a relaxed interpersonal approach to coaching / mentoring , gaining rapport and trust from my clients in order to ascertain the needs and desires, to then focus on achieving these, with either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly 45/60 minute sessions as appropriate.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I have been coaching informally for most of my life, formalising this at the beginning of 2015 through a series of coaching/mentoring days with the Coaching Acadmy and embarking on a coaching diploma.
I am currently engaged in the personal development Strategy program and finalising my coach diploma. I have coached numerous individuals and small business owners, on a number of topics. I'm an intuitive Coach with an ability to join together seemingly unrelated issues, expediting your personal learning experience and the changes you want to make in your life.

What I bring: I have over eighteen years experience in the business and corporate world. I have also extensive exposure on small businesses and execution and ownership as well as marketing/social media experience. My strengths include ideas/problem solving, strategy, future focused, communication and motivational catalyst.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
By profession, I have over 18 years experience in the Financial sector as a Senior Financial Analyst / Accountant.
I am currently a Freelance management accountant, and Life Coach / mentor. I have developed these skills set having gone through an extremely arduous and acrimonious divorce. I subsequently suffered a mental break down resulting from my divorce and lack of access to my daughter and so, I sort help in rectifying this.
Now 5 years on, I have developed new skills and training in the coaching profession and have taken this, to the next level in helping others to refocus on what is important to them and how to achieve it, in a relaxed and stress free sessions on personal development.
