Hi! I've been working with both men and women to set and achieve goals in all areas of life. I'm based in the Boston area, but I offer phone and Skype coaching to make it easy for you. As a coach, I'm interested in helping you make a shift into happiness and success so that you can feel great! Together, we'll look at the habits and attitudes that have been keeping you from feeling your best and work to create new behaviors that foster your success. OFFERINGS
PRIVATE COACHING
I offer 45-minute weekly or bi-weekly sessions for private coaching. Coaching sessions can be done either by phone or Skype/FaceTime. Appointments can be made one at a time, or you can jump right in and choose from one of my packages.
I offer 5-session and 10-session packages, which give you preferential appointment times (5pm-7pm) and text message support in between your appointments.
ONLINE COACHING
My coaching appointments are done through online services such as Skype or FaceTime. As an online client, if you choose a package, you'll also have access to email and text message support throughout the week. Coaching isn't something that happens only once a week! I'll be there for advice whenever unexpected events come up in your life.

Initial Consultation (60-75 minutes): $220
Standard Appointment (45 minutes): $200
5-Session Package (45 minutes each): $900
10-Session Package (45 minutes each): $1750
