I have over 30 years of personal experience with grief (several family members, friends and pets), so I finally realized besides pet-sitting, coaching is another true passion and calling of mine and I became certified to be a coach focusing not only on people but pet loss as well. I recently graduated Dora Carpenter's From Grief to Gratitude program and additionally became certified as a workplace grief coach, meaning I can teach HR, managers and the like how to address the fragile topic of grief in the workplace. I am working on becoming ICF accredited toward general life coaching because I have many years experience in that department and genuinely love to learn as much as I can as often as I can. I love helping people and getting them to see themselves in a brighter light. When you feel like you lost your entire world, I will help you realize otherwise. I will educate, empower and encourage you to be your even better self and guide you through your grief journey. I was only 21 years old when my father, my best friend passed away from cancer. I am now my mother's primary caregiver since she is on hospice. If you want to know more about me, just ask and I will tell you. However, I would love to know more about you and help you any way I can, because YOU matter NO matter what!
My goal is to guide as many people as possible through their grief journey especially with pet loss. I can help you feel whole again and show you it is ok to grieve and it is possible to live after loss. I can also help you achieve your general life goals by getting you to see how you shine. I already know you do, you just have to see for yourself.
I like to coach in whatever way you feel comfortable. I can coach with tough love or with tender love. Regardless, I give "homework" which are simple exercises for you to work on for your own positive progress.

Online/Virtual/email/telephone private sessions are 60 minutes. Additional time may be arranged. Packages available.
Individual and Group monthly memberships are offered for 60 minutes online coaching. Packages available.

I've worked in the customer service industry since I was 16 years old. I've always enjoyed helping people and working for restaurants, retail stores and the State's Attorney's Office put me around all sorts of people for many years. I currently own a pet-sitting business because I also love animals. However, I have personally experienced grief for over 30 years and when I lost my best friend/my father at 21 years old, I thought my life was over. A part of me passed away with him, but I knew he would want me to go on and make him proud so I did. I am now a certified grief coach specializing in pet loss, and I am also working on my ICF accreditation to become a general life coach. I finally realized it is my true passion and calling to guide others through any obstacles that come their way.
Fees: from $100 USD to $500 USD
$100 per hour for Private Coaching.
$50 per extra hour
$75 per person per hour for Group Coaching. (3-6 people per group)
