About me

With over 25 years of work with Entertainment Industry Professionals and Workplace Wellness. I approach Coaching with an open mind, an organized sense to accomplishing your goals with integrity and creativity.

I hold Certifications in Life Coaching through the Institute of Life Coach Training and continuing education credits, in the field of Equine Assisted Learning.

I work with men and women in supporting the path they have chosen to creating the culture, climate and life they so desire to live.

There are individual sessions, packages of 6 sessions and other discounts, as well as group retreats and on-line coaching.

You choose what is in your best interest in how we work together.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH

My role is to nurture the dreams and visions of my Clients, by first clarifying their goals, and creating a roadmap with manageable to navigate their way.

Through encouragement and stretching themselves at times, outside their comfort zone, I cheer them on when doubt tells them they can't.

PRIVATE COACHING

Private 1:1 Coaching via Tele-Sessions. In-person meetings are available in the Los Angeles area

I am available to Support, Help Direct and Empower you to Clarify your goals. Get through Obstacles and infuse your life with the pride of your own accomplishments.

ONLINE COACHING

Weekly sessions are offered on-line to provide you the freedom of time.
You will receive a response within 24 hours of your email, or a set time to exchange email conversation for up to 30 minutes, twice a week.

Through discovery and selected exercises we can uncover blocks you may have previously encountered.

Create new pathways to achieving the changes you wish to achieve in reaching your desired stand in life.

Short courses or group coaching

Equine Partnered Coaching & Life Expression:

Groups or Private Sessions for those who are interested in some magical awakening alongside horses.

There is no riding involved, all work is done with the horse on the ground.
Horses provide accurate, truthful and non-judgmental feed-back.
Discover for yourself how you apply yourself in life and see what you need to see. This is a supportive, safe and non-judgmental activity, where you are supported and come away with new insights to your life.

Use of various activities such as The Pathway's Solution, Wheel of Life and New: Bridge of Dreams 24

Life Purpose exercises as well as others in 6 week sessions to discovery and success.

Workplace Wellness - Change in Workplace Culture:

I offer opportunities for Workplace Wellness in the Los Angeles area shining a new light on workplace culture. Through promising exercises in workplace wellness, your organization will have the opportunity to grow together in ways you may not have experienced in the past. Creating a more cohesive, productive and happy staff.

Fees: from $45 USD to $2500 USD

1:1 Tele-Coaching: $125.00 per 60 minute session

On-Line Coaching: $55.00 per month, includes 2 weekly email check-ins with up to 30 minutes of email exchanges

Group Coaching: $45.00 - $250.00
(Please contact for Equine Facilitated Coaching Sessions and other 'field-trip' type of group coaching sessions).

Work Life Balance

- Life can get pretty hectic and confusing at times. Often we lose track of what we really want in life due to work obligations, personal frustrations and our day-to-day routines. Luckily, there are people out there who can help us get back on track and help lead us down the path we truly want to be on. Christina Vouniozos is one of those people.

Great Motivator

- For anyone who is in a rut, overwhelmed with life/work or for those who have simply lost motivation Chrissy is someone who can help you reach your full potential - even if you have no idea what you want that may be. Her positive energy is contagious and after every meeting you will feel as though you have the capability to achieve anything...and, honestly, with her help you can.

Small Changes, Big Impact
Chrissy is big believer in accountability and check-ins - either in-person or via phone. This helped me to stay on track or if I derailed a bit, figure out what was going on and how to tackle the issue. One of my favorite things about Chrissy is her creativity when it comes to brainstorming suggestions for pushing past obstacles. Her ideas were realistic and worked with my day-to-day routine so I could work on improving myself while also not having anxiety about having to make huge changes in my life. Chrissy taught me sometimes the smallest changes can have the biggest impact when it comes to reaching our goals and - even though it takes time - the ultimate goal of being happy and healthy is always worth it.
