Christine Cannon

Christine Cannon is a life, NLP, and wellness coach who helps adults of all ages overcome blocks to more empowered, balanced, and fulfilled living. In 2008, Christine graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She has since served in the U.S. Navy where she completed a tour off the coast of Syria, Northern Africa, and Israel. Following her time in service, Christine went on to pursue a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. It was during her final year of graduate school that Christine realized she wanted to expand her expertise to include life coaching, and thus became certified as a life coach, (neuro-linguistic programming) NLP coach, and wellness coach. She is currently working toward the completion of a certification in mindfulness coaching and clinical hypnotherapy through the Milton Erickson Foundation.

Christine offers a wide range of services - from NLP, life, wellness, and academic coaching to metaphor-based problem-solving sessions, guided meditations, and more. She strongly believes that empowered living comes via taking ownership of one’s health and inner wellbeing, and that development of a spiritual core is what fires one’s engine for living a fulfilled life.

Christine offers individual sessions in-person, over the phone, or via Zoom video conferencing.
