With an easy, friendly manner, I help clients feel comfortable, supported, and truly listened to as they seek to determine their goals and path forward. I understand that the road is not always easy, and will help you identify what blocks may be in your way; Iam open-mindedness and have extensive experience in caregiving fields which lend an empathy to my work with you.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
My goal is for you to feel in control of yourself and your life, to help you create a plan and direction and hold to it. The road may not be easy, but I will be there with you, helping you find and follow the best way forward for you. I will hold you accountable, help you navigate the rough spots and cross the bridges, and help you see how much you are accomplishing with every session. I will teach you how to find a new beginning through learning how to make new choices in your everyday life, at work and at home.
OFFERINGS
PRIVATE COACHING
One on one in person coaching 60-90 min sessions on a weekly basis for 2 month minimum.
ONLINE COACHING
Video phone, Facetime, or Skype 60-90 min sessions on a weekly basis for a two month minimum.
Ongoing training
One on one or online coaching for an extended time (more than two months). After the initial two months the maintenance plan of twice or once a month follow up sessions.

Fee description
Fees:
from $75 USD to $100 USD
$75 for weekly sessions paid one month in advance ($300 per month), $100 for weekly sessions paid weekly. Ongoing sessions are the same rate for 1 or 2 sessions per month paid at the time of session or for the month in advance.
