Working through all four body systems will enable you to build yourself up. I am a Queer Seminarian so I have additional experiences and knowledge regarding navigating LGBTQ experiences and Christian faith/deconstruction.
Hour long sessions that will focus on balancing your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual systems. It is recommended to do at least two to three sessions to go through intake and develop an integrative wellness plan. Additional sessions will be used to support you through the implementation of your integrative wellness plan.

Coaching starts at $50 a session. Coaching packages include intake, Integrative Wellness plan, and checkups. More advanced packages include monthly or weekly checkins.
