Denise Parris

Denise is a qualified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with The Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and a Graduate of The Health Sciences Academy (THSA) as a Nutritional Therapist, specialising in Nutritional Therapy, Lifestyle Medicine, Clinical Weight Loss, Fertility and Detoxification. Before she embark on this journey, she had 20 years of experience in business administration, information technology, human resources, and finance.

After 15 years of struggle with fibroids, PCOS, endometriosis, and infertility, Denise discovered a path to transforming her health that her 26 doctors couldn’t resolve with multiple major surgeries and drugs. She pursued knowledge in holistic nutrition and wellness, and found for herself that food is her medicine and her medicine is her food.

Denise offers personalised services based on her extensive and cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive medicine. As an experienced health coach and a beneficiary of her own programme, she is able to create an effective and supportive environment that would enable her client to make life changes that produce real and long-lasting results.
