I have lived with Anxiety and Depression most of my life. I have been unable to work, unable to attend family gathering, unable to go to school functions for my children all because of the anxiety or the fear that I was going to have an anxiety attack. Medication helped but it didn't make it all go away. I had to change. I discovered things I could do to help me get through that anxiety, then I began to set smalls goals for myself so that I could start living the life I wanted to live.
