I coach the Most Valuable Potentials and High Impact Performers, enhancing their leadership abilities by accelerating their development, ensuring their continued success, and improving their organization’s bench strength.
Increasingly, Most Valuable Potentials and High Impact Performers are GenX, Millennials, and GenZ who are moving into key management positions. Many of these individuals are technically excellent, broadly talented, and enthusiastic about their new roles. However, they might have limited management and leadership skills or experience, and most will not have developed vital people-management skills.

I assist client organizations working with their Most Valuable Potentials and High Impact Performers’ performance in achieving organizational excellence. I provide a very effective guide for developing this small group of high-impact performers within an organization with a compelling and customized approach.
My services are unlike any others because of the scientific approach that begins with determining and identifying any hidden challenges and then facilitating a customized, structured, and dynamic change processes to achieve the desired outcomes. The outcome is an immediate increase in performance and higher profitability.

RESULTS & GOALS
Energetic Leadership Development Program made of an introduction and twelve developmental segments is a 14 to 17-week program designed to enable leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. In order to document demonstrable record of ‘change’ and ‘growth,’ participant must a minimum 14 to 17-week commitment to the program. Upon completion of the Program, participant may elect to engage the Coach on a month-to-month basis.

For most organizations, leadership development remains the No. 1 talent issue. In a Deloitte sponsored study, 86% of respondents expressed an urgent need to develop multiple generations of positive, energetic and anabolic leaders. Although these respondents expressed the urgent demand for Millennial leaders with global fluency and flexibility, building the ability to innovate and inspire others to perform, and acquiring new levels of understanding of rapidly changing technologies and new disciplines and fields, only 13% respondents admitted doing an excellent job of developing leaders.
Completely customized to each leader, Energetic Leadership Development Program offers a baseline for current level of awareness, performance, and effectiveness allowing leaders to create their personalized developmental road map and quickly progress toward becoming an ‘Ideal Leader’.

Energetic Leadership Development Program uses Energy LeadershipTM System, which is the process that develops a personally effective style of leadership that positively influences and changes not only in leaders themselves, but also those with whom they work and interact with, as well as in the organization as a whole.

Research points that Catabolic (Destructive) and Anabolic (Constructive) energies co-exist in organizations as well as people. Many organizations, as well as people experience catabolic (destructive) energy by constantly reacting to their circumstances with worry, fear, doubt, anger, and guilt thoughts that are indeed contagious. When even a few people in an organization have negative feelings, it can spread like a virus. "Group think" sets in, and their thoughts become group "fact." Once that occurs, the company can implode energetically in a swirl of gossip, negativity, conflict and contempt.

Energetic Leadership Development Program shifts Catabolic (Destructive) energies to Anabolic (Constructive) energies to achieve extraordinary results in client’s lives, careers, and businesses by elevating the conscious awareness as they are reaching each stated goal or task. This shift occurs into high performance mode and exponentially greater results while expending less effort.
Anabolic leaders at all levels have the ability to motivate and inspire themselves and others to do extraordinary things. They have the ability to make energetic shifts in all levels of the organization. Powerful, positive, energetic and anabolic leaders at all levels lead the successful organizations.

Before initial session, participants will take the Energy Leadership (Attitudinal) Index and ADVanced Insight (Personality) Assessments.
The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is a one-of-a-kind Attitudinal Assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. It is the only assessment of its kind and one that has a complete, clear, customized coaching program associated with it.
ADVanced Insight (Personality) Assessment debrief will help you understand WHAT natural talents you possess based on how you think and make decisions, WHY you are motivated to use them based on your motivators and drivers, and HOW you prefer to use them based on your preferred behavioral style.
Upon completion, participants will repeat the Energy Leadership (Attitudinal) Index and ADVanced Insight (Personality) Assessments, thus documenting a demonstrable record of ‘change’ and ‘growth.
