My training and education was earned while serving to armed forces for 15 years.
Later after my own experiences went back to expand my education in spiritual and behavior health degrees.

I honestly like looking at her and a fan and wanted help with my wife or why I didn't feel connected. The group offered some energy medicine products and videos on her youtube channel. I was skeptical but try anything what do you have to lose. So I decided to listen for one week. Doing some mantras from her book and still skeptical. I maybe didn't think it would work and kindof felt like this would be a waste of time. I got distracted and stopped. Then out of the blue I noticed that my wife started to connect more and actually was affectionate. Not sure if it was the energy medicine exercises. Maybe there is somthing here.
I join the spiritual vibration challenge group seeking spiritual prayer and support. I had such anxiety and depressed lately seemed like I was just low. I saw some art therapy and quotes in there from others it really meant something and everyone comment to support thanks.
I watch one of her pick a card episodes and the card I picked for my question was WOW. and she gave some guidance and suggestions it was helpful.
