HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I offer sessions either in person or via video-conferencing. Ideally, we will work together 3-4 times a month to maintain momentum and to be able to harness your insights and growth.
I don't generally offer advice and I never tell you what to do! But I will ask you the right questions to help uncover blind spots and unconscious beliefs. Together, we will discover your passions and deepest desires and harness those. With your permission, I may at times use my intuition to gain additional clarity about what's happening in your life.
Most of all, I create a container where you feel totally supported, appreciated and unconditionally loved, and that makes change feel manageable, safe and even exciting!

I offer Conscious Uncoupling coaching to those considering a divorce or breakup, or who are still suffering from pain and loneliness in the aftermath. I also offer intuitive coaching that will help you recreate your new life in a fun, exciting and deeply satisfying way.

I offer group coaching to develop your intuition. Learn to replace self-doubt with clear internal guidance. Make choices that you know are in alignment with who you are and your life purpose. Experience greater meaning and satisfaction in every day life.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I've lived on three different continents and have had five different careers, ranging from Corporate America to Military Service to self-employment to supporting nonprofits. I'm no stranger to change and struggle!
But for the past 10 years, I've been focused on quality of life. I've gone to therapy and healers, I have taken time off and spent time in nature, and I learned to meditate and to be psychic. I have spent time every day thinking about the purpose and meaning of life.
The result is that I have healed relationship patterns, changed how I think and stopped taking things personally. My family relationships are healed and we are closer than ever. And I find great meaning in life every day.
As a certified coach, I'm passionate about sharing everything I've learned and guiding others to create the lives and happiness they want - from finding new love to changing careers to feeling empowered and confident in the world.

Fees:
from $65 USD to $120 USD
I offer a sliding scale from $65 to $120 per 75 minute session. Receive 10% discount for prepayment of 6 or more sessions.
