Regardless of the setting–pitching a group of executives in the boardroom or while coaching a client on nutrition–Gregory’s core strength is lifting and shifting the people around him. His ability to meet people where they are, understand their strengths and challenges, and to push them forward is his “superpower.â€
After doing this for more than 15 years in the corporate space through developing and growing his peers, employees and even leaders; Gregory made the leap into wellness. He strongly believes that shifting our behaviors and the lens through which we see ourselves and the world is as critical as losing the 20lbs or gaining muscle. In fact, Gregory kickstarts his coaching by asking one powerful question: “How do you take care of yourself–all of you?â€
