Every student is unique. I like to find out about each individual's circumstances during our free initial consult and come up with a plan together for how we will move forward. 

In-person one-on-one coaching is available in the Phoenix and Prescott, AZ metro areas. 

One-on-one coaching held via Zoom is available for students in high school through graduate school. Sessions are 45 minutes each.

Growing up, I was the "smart kid," but that changed when I reached college. I began my college career at UCLA, where I studied mathematics and philosophy. Up against some of the greatest minds in the nation, for the first time I felt truly challenge. I struggled to find success without having developed the necessary tools. I made it through -- barely. After college, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my life.

Eventually, I decided to try teaching, and loved it! I decided to go back to school to earn my teaching credential, along with a master's degree. Returning to school at a slightly older age, I felt reinvigorated and ready for success. I graduated with a perfect GPA. I taught secondary math and mild/moderate special education for a number of years. Eventually, I landed in a mentoring role and realized my passion was helping adult learners. That's when I decided to return to school to earn my PhD. I made it through my program in three years and loved (almost) every minute of it! Recently, I even felt confident enough to return to the field of mathematics and pick up a second master's degree.

Currently, I work as a college professor and academic coach. My goal is to help others -- to show them how to find their own success and follow their unique passion!

Your first session is always free (a $75 value!) so that we can determine if we are a good fit. I recommend that sessions are held biweekly. A package of four 45-minute one-on-one Zoom sessions (approx. 2 months of coaching) is $250.
