Coaching is designed to create a personal or professional change, or help you through a change that is already underway in your life. All coaching is based on the premise that you already have the necessary inner resources to make the changes you aspire to. Working with a coach helps you to identify those resources and put them into action in order to achieve your desired goals. In short I do this by asking the hard questions, pushing you to do more and forcing you out of your comfort zone in order to achieve what you set out to achieve, every time.
Coaching is a partnership, an alliance that helps you create and adapt or make change so you can live the life you desire. Coaching can be focused on:

I offer free sample sessions to assess if we, as coach and client, are a good fit to work together. I am an Australian citizen who has lived in many different regions of the world. Currently I live in Berlin with my family, and have been here for just over a year. Prior to that I was in Saigon for 5 years. I have also lived in Dubai, and various locations in Australia and the UK. I am a mother of two children aged 11 and 9.
In my past I have been an executive consultant, media buyer, entrepreneur, designer, writer of children's books and career advisor. I have a passion for helping people find their life goals and forge towards them with gusto! No turning back. I do everything with great enthusiasm in my life, and as such this permeates my style of coaching. Let me be in your corner, to help you forge forward with clarity, happiness and balance!

I work on a sliding scale, the more sessions you book with me, the cheaper each coaching session is. Contact me for more details.
