HOW I LIKE TO COACH

My coaching style is informal, relaxed, accessible, direct, humorous, and empathic.  We start the coaching relationship with a Collaborative Discovery Session to make sure we are a good fit and assess your goals for future sessions.  We then work together as a team to create your intentional journey towards empowerment, transformation, and positive growth.

PRIVATE COACHING

The Unapologetically Me 1:1 coaching program is designed to support you as the expert of your own life to gain clarity about who you are, your values, needs and wants as you heal from trauma and create new skills to take life head on.

The result is that you are comfortable in your own skin and lean into your agency effortlessly.  You identify your boundaries and no longer pour your cup into others without filling your own cup regularly.  You will fearlessly reclaim the life and time you deserve with audacity!

It is a 3-6 month commitment and is quite intensive and requires investment outside of sessions in order to achieve desired results.  This process will be challenging.  It will also be exciting and transformative, and I will be there every step of the way!

All coaching is currently offered via video or phone.  A secure private link will be provided, and the session will take place via a platform called Google Meet.

Acess to online tools so that you can deepen the work and reach your transformation on your time!

FEE DESCRIPTION

Collaborative Discovery Session (60-90 minutes): $325

60-minute Coaching Sessions: $250

1 Month Transformation Coaching Package ($1,000) includes:

Ø  1 month of life coaching, weekly sessions (online or phone) and unlimited email contact (within the 1 month).  This package is for anyone committed to making changes in at least one area of their life: marriage/family relationships, work, health, mindset, spiritual, etc.

3 Month Transformation Coaching Package ($2,500) includes:

Ø  3 months of life coaching, weekly sessions (online or phone) and unlimited email contact (within the 1 month).  This package is for anyone committed to making changes in at least one area of their life: marriage/family relationships, work, health, mindset, spiritual, etc.

6 Month Transformation Coaching Package ($5,000) includes:

Ø  Everything listed under Basic Life Coaching package but for 6 months.  Repeats of assessments, reviews, and tools included.

Partial refunds are NOT available if client chooses to end coaching agreement before completing their commitment.  Once you complete a coaching package, you may purchase another package or purchase additional sessions as follows:
