Coaching is my passion. My skills is influenced by the three years I spent in the mental health field . I like to show up just as I expect my client to show up no fakeness give all of you so we can fight these fight together . 

Private coaching is offered for one hour and 30 minutes once a week for 12 weeks. Each session will be held either in person or over the phone.  

Online coaching is offered at 1 hour a week for 12 weeks. Each session would be held with the app Zoom. 

Group coaching happens 2 x a month. The maximum in each group is 10. The minimum is 5. The session is held in person at a destined area that is arranged by me. 

I am a mother of three beautiful children , a woman of God , and a professional. To become the woman I am today many lessons on patient, endurance, and thought patterns had to be changed to step in the calling I feel like God placed in my heart. There are times when practicing wholehearted is not easy especially when you feel unheard and justified but  the healing is not for them it's for us. A common theme I heard as I walked my path and talked to others within my field of mental health was anxiety and depression. A theme that seems to manifest to hinder our walk and growth in life it plays with our mind , body , and relationships then it leaves us for dead. Where do we find strength ? Who do we lean on? These are powerful questions  that can lead us to freedom . 

Private coaching per month is $400 per client redraw on the 1st of the month for 3 months total of 12 weeks. Most popular
