About me
My bespoke service provides you with private coaching in the comfort of your home, or onsite with me. I work around the simplicity of 'true' yoga philosophy, suitable for all walks of life and the issues we face, as well as improved overall health and happiness. A whole experience that covers not only your physical health, but your psyche, your perceptions, and all 5 of your senses.
Coupled with life coaching, meditation training, relaxation, physical exercise, anti-aging, and mindful practices, your whole wellbeing can be improved.

1 hour sessions, by phone or video, or in person if local. Following a step by step approach to life and health improvement, tweaked for individuality.
ONLINE COACHING
1 hour sessions, by phone or video, or in person if local. Following a step by step approach to life and health improvement, tweaked for individuality.
Short courses or group coaching
Childrens courses are available in package form, for a monthly membership fee. This teaches children the beginning concepts of yoga, yoga philosophy, and emotion/stress management, with activities and certificate rewards. Fun to do together with your child.
Ongoing training
All private coaching, of all types, can be ongoing. We never finish learning and improving!

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
Having been through years of depression, stress, anxiety, loneliness, and perceived business and success failures, my teaching got me through and gave me a completely new perspective on life and how it works. Real eye-opening realisations that changed me forever and wished me to help others do the same.
I have had both life and business failures, and now understand the process of why, and how to improve my everyday understanding, fitness level, and overall happiness.
Fee description
Fees:
from £45 GBP to £3500 GBP
fees begin at £45.00 per hour, with discounts for 90 min sessions where appropriate, and further discounts if paying for a full 12 months in full, in advance. Free sessions are also available on the 12 months in advance packages. Please enquire for further details. All sessions must be paid for in advance.
