Hi, I'm Jocelyn. First and foremost, I am a wife to a loving husband, a mom to 3 beautiful children, a bossy older sister to 4 younger siblings and a daughter to the most amazing mom in the world! I am seriously blessed to have such an amazing family!
On the professional side, I've run a successful business as a hairstylist for the past 13 years, coached volleyball for 10+, and recently, I've followed my dream of becoming a certified professional life coach.
I have a wealth of experience helping myself and others find meaning and excitement in their daily lives. I feel like my whole life has been preparing me for the opportunity to help people through the art of coaching.
In particular, I empower clients who are facing transitions to convert personal and professional challenges into high growth opportunities and thrive through transitional phases in their lives. Having already been through some pretty significant transitions in my own life (death, divorce, career transitions, blending a family, etc.), I feel passionate about helping clients through what can be a very scary time. I've never been the type to follow the 'easy' or 'certain' path in life. If someone told me the 'right' way to do something I'd usually do the opposite just to prove I could. As a rather headstrong woman, I've made a lot of mistakes and learned many valuable lessons, and you know what... I wouldn't change a thing!

As a coach I come along side my clients and help them identify their priorities, manage tough transitions and ultimately create the life of their dreams. I help clients identify potential pitfalls to their success and create concrete, measurable results.
I'm able to be successful within several areas because of my ability to look at the bigger picture and identify the story that needs to be rewritten for success and fulfillment.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I enjoy coaching in a face to face setting when possible, but I can also easily coach via video chat or teleconference. I'm both direct and gentle and can work with clients to help them create the results they are after much more quickly than they can imagine.
I enjoy challenging my clients to do the hard things because I know the difference between where we are and where we want to be lies mainly in our actionability. As someone who knows the benefits of coaching first hand, I can say, having a coach to hold you accountable can literally 10x your success!

PRIVATE COACHING
One on one coaching that can be done via teleconference, video chat or in person, or any combination of the three. Typically sessions are two to four times per month based on initial intake and needs.
ONLINE COACHING
All coaching is done via email. Clients will send a check in once per week and coach and client will set weekly objectives based on check-ins.
Short courses or group coaching
Clients can choose to bring group coaching into their small business, home or office. I offer several courses for team building, leadership training, transition management, and even relationship and family dynamics.
Ongoing training
Monthly, bi-monthly and weekly training for groups and individuals.
