With over 15 years of experience helping small business owners in Miami to grow faster than they could tough possible, I realized that these successful entrepreneurs were demanding more than only marketing campaigns and advice in their increasingly frequent consultations.

For that reason, a few years ago I embarked on this journey, obtained specialized training which later completed by graduating as a Certified Professional Coach at the University of Miami, under one of the most demanding coach training curriculum approved by the International Coach Federation.

My Top Five Beliefs:

• There’s always a better way.


• There is goodness in almost everyone; even “bad” people feel their behavior is justified.


• Planning without action is a waste; action without any planning is an unnecessary risk.


• There is a positive in most negatives. If there is none, there is an opportunity to make one.


• It is better to start small than to get stuck in “paralysis by analysis”
