For almost three decades I have pursued education. In graduate school I majored in Adult Education specializing in Workplace Learning and Staff Development., and also obtained her Ed.S. in Education specializing in Teaching and Learning in May, 2011 from Liberty University. I have created an approach to coaching which challenges individuals to take a proactive approach to their obstacles, whereby encouraging them to take control of their own life.
Although I continued to excel academically as well as professionally, my previous relationship experiences continued to plague me and I continued to have unsuccessful relationships. I lacked self-confidence, self-esteem and self-discipline; and as a result, I continued to demonstrate poor decision making skills. It was many years before I realized that I was part of the problem, but this is also when I found my niche.
While pursuing my degree at Liberty University, I began my own business providing academic, life skills and more...

20 Keys for Healthy Relationships
"Speaking for a Change"
Born in 1965, I began my collegiate career at the age of 15 after being labeled as a gifted learner in the fourth grade. I was given the opportunity to take my GED at the age of 15 and passed. Entering college at Fulton-Montgomery Community College in 1981 under an early admissions program, I received her Associates degree in Humanities at the age of 17. Although I graduated with honors and made the dean’s list all but one semester, my academic career for the next eight years was even less successful. Attending three different universities, I finally dropped out of school having lost interest in education altogether. After more than fourteen years being away from school, I made the decision to return to school. This was even more challenging as I was now raising four children as a single parent., which was also a result of not knowing how to have a healthy relationship. Quite frankly I was disappointed with my experience from Ms. Maloy. I paid $750 for 12 weeks of coaching. I don't feel as though in that time I accomplished anything. Partly this is my fault because I was not specific enough in what I wanted to accomplish. I did advise Ms. Maloy that I would like to find my dream job, have a more active social life and date. After several discussions at my current job she thought that it would be better for me to stay where I am because the company has so much to offer. I am still there and I am still severely underpaid and I hate it. For dating she told me to write a dating profile and apply to different dating sites, There was never much follow up from the week before. At one point she went on vacation and when she came back I didn't complete my remaining sessions with her. I felt like it was a waste of time and money. I felt like she was a counselor, not a coach. I hope my next experience with Life Coach Hub is much better.
Very empowering. It would be excemptional is combine with speech trainning.
I couldn't ask for a better exceptional coach. If you want results, then I wouldn't look any further.
