About me
Being a catalyst for change, and helping others honor themselves as they improve their lives are my greatest joys. My personal mission has led me to life work as a helping professional in the personal development arena. I have a Masters in Mental Health Counseling and a vision for empowering women to discover their own passions by getting in touch with the best parts of themselves to create and reach the goals that are most fulfilling to them. I help clients with life transition, career change, parenting, divorce, grief recovery and managing the changing dynamics of life as a single parent.
I believe that within each of us is profound wisdom, compassion, courage and strength. As we work together, we can create a safe space for you to gently stretch and challenge yourself to reach your goals.

I've helped my clients gain clarity and fulfillment after the loss of a loved one, grow through difficult changes of divorce, achieve career goals, and start businesses they thought would only remain unfulfilled dreams.

Individual 50 minute phone or skype sessions. Varying packages and price points available for commitments of session by session, monthly, 3 month and 6 month intervals. Monthly commitments and up include ongoing email support in-between sessions.
ONLINE COACHING
This monthly package includes email only support coaching.
Ongoing training
Various workshops available in Lexington, KY and Tampa, FL areas. Online workshops coming soon.

I define myself as a personal development consultant, speaker, author (Sassy Single Mom's Guide available on amazon!), coach & professional inspirer specializing in helping women live joyful and impassioned lives and sometimes that means rebuilding and starting anew.
Through personal coaching, classes and workshops, I share messages of personal empowerment and help my clients get in touch with the best parts of themselves so that they can rebuild their self-esteem, get back on their feet and create meaningful lives that really work for them.
I am a speaker and presenter on topics such as self-esteem, relationship abuse, nurturing passions into careers, grief and loss.
My professional background includes international teaching, adult education, marketing and development, bereavement counseling, domestic violence advocacy, and facilitation of single parent and grief support groups. I have a Bachelor’s in Cross-Cultural Studies and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling.
I am a divorced single parent raising two children in the Central Kentucky area.
