I am an ACC credential holder from ICF (International Coach Federation). An Executive Coach, Business Coach & Life Coach (this is a broad term I use to cover all aspects of non-business life including success, relationships, etc., etc.),

I have over 500 hours of acclaimed professional coaching experience.

My style is results focused and supported by over 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles I have held in corporate India. I have worked for Companies like IBM, Ericssson, Hughes and Samsung- in some of these as CHRO. I am an MBA from a top B School in Asia.

My ICF ACC Credential is supplemented by my certificates in NLP and Appreciative Inquiry (AI). Clients have always found my ready empathy and coaching presence effective and meaningful!

An engagement of 6-10 sessions each of 60-75 minutes are most results effective. I coach via skype (krishnasetlur) or on phone / whatsapp calls (+919845007675). Packages are available with good discounts!

Terms are flexible.

Private Coaching sessions are offered on skype (krishnasetlur) or on a Whatsapp call (+91-9845007675) with a prior appointment.
Packages for regular coaching with multiple topics are possible - on a monthly retainer basis are possible.
Packages:
Option-1: USD 200/- per month for 1 month @ 4 sessions per month
Option-2: USD 180/- per month for 2 or 3 month retainer @ 4 sessions per month. There is a bonus of 1 complimentary additional session, if the situation requires it.
Option-3: USD 150 per month for a retainer above 3 months @ 4 sessions per month, with 1 complimentary additional session for every 3 months of contracted & completed period if the situation requires it.
Other Terms:
Payment is in advance every month by the 3rd
Each session will last 60 minutes, with a buffer of an additional 15 minutes i.e each session would be 60 to 75 minutes long

Packages for regular coaching with multiple topics are possible - on a monthly retainer basis are possible.
Packages:
Option-1: USD 250/- per month for 1 month @ 4 sessions per month
Option-2: USD 200/- per month for 2 or 3 month retainer @ 4 sessions per month. There is a bonus of 1 complimentary additional session, if the situation requires it.
Option-3: USD 180 per month for a retainer above 3 months @ 4 sessions per month, with 1 complimentary additional session for every 3 months of contracted & completed period if the situation requires it.

Even if one person is present for the session, the session will be considered as done.

Contracts for Coaching Sessions can be done on a Monthly Retainer basis or on customised packages. However each hour of Coaching would be costed on approximately USD 50 per hour, with appropriate volume discounts.
