I am a certified professional life coach. I work easily with both adults and adolescents, and is highly-skilled in working with individuals, couples, and families and experienced with working with mental health and substance abuse issues.
I am the oldest of 5 siblings. I have been married to the love of my life, my college sweet heart, for eight years. I enjoy reading and cooking in my spare time. Life is a challenge, but we can make the best of life with the choices we make. I am eager to help you “WIN†in life.
