I love life! I've a life long passion for psychology. I love to learn and grow more than anything. Though, most of all, I love working with others to bring out their best self and help people take control of their lives! I do this by focusing on the client to bring about greater levels of self-awareness, better goal setting techniques, stronger relationships, total self-confidence, improved levels of self-discovery/self-love, and a much more satisfying overall quality of life. I started my company, The Dallas Personal Lifestylists (LAB Lifestylists, LLC), to bring to life what I've known I was born to do for over 15 years. I've known for most all of my life that my purpose is to help others achieve their goals, their dreams, and a quality of life that they may not even be aware they are capable of.

I provide a safe, honest, supportive, encouraging and interactive environment for my clients. I focus on listening closely and acting as a true friend might in protecting your personal details while providing the coaching with an adaptive approach within my expertise to suit each client's well-being and desired outcome.

ONLINE COACHING
30-minute sessions through 2-hour sessions offered in 30-minute increments via phone, FaceTime, Google video hangouts, Skype, or any other conducive preferred platform.

I have been through the depths of my own struggle with depression and loss, and found my way to to turn it all around. As a life coach I get to utilize my compassionate nature with, expertise through my academic background, while utilizing real personal life experience to truly empathize.
