About me
Hello! Thanks for vising and taking the time to learn more about coaching! I have been working with others for nearly 15 years, as a Life Coach, Reiki Master, and Teacher. When working with me, we'll focus on solving problems, learning new life strategies and figuring out what really makes you happy! Through conversation and a thought-provoking creative process, I hope to inspire you and shine a light on the answers you are seeking. We'll brainstorm, troubleshoot, re-balance, celebrate, plan, or I can just give some support and/or help in making a decision. My coaching sessions offer a "whole being" approach that offers encouragement and proven techniques to help you gain confidence, find answers and create new directions. My modalities are: Life Coaching utilizing ICF techniques, Active Listening, Questioning, ACT Principals, Energy Healing, Creative Intuition, Concepts to Ponder and Positive Affirmations.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
My coaching style is typically straight forward, creative, intuitive, supportive, humorous and insightful. I truly believe in being on the journey with you and I express that by being very involved and hands on during our time together. I am fascinated with understanding the underlying principles behind our behavior, feelings and natural spirituality and using it to be in full control of creating our lives. My coaching techniques and strategies are always customized to meet your personality and needs. I am always open to adjusting, re-evaluating and changing the plan based on your wants and progress. The relationship that we will develop will always be supportive and I am committed to helping you discover what is most important to you and help you create it with confidence! Regardless of what we are working on I will always serve as your support, accountability agent, second brain, mirror, and teacher, providing you any clarification and knowledge that I can!

PRIVATE COACHING
I offer personal discovery and goal setting sessions for career, relationships, life and happiness success via phone or video. All session packages include email communication in between, as needed. Sometimes you will have "homework" that can include worksheets, daily actions or other creative endeavors. Coaching is always tailored to YOU and the coaching experience is always unique!
