Goal Setting:
Using the S.M.A.R.T.E.R. goal setting framework, I teach my clients to properly set their goals and create their action plan so that they can achieve anything they set their mind to.

Overcoming Abundance Blocks:
Our abundance blocks are the one major things that is keeping us stuck and holding us back in life from achieving our goals and becoming the best version of ourselves. I use a system which is helping my clients to identify and overcome their abundance blocks and accomplish anything they want in life. This system has helped my clients to understand who they really are, what are their core values, and life purpose.

Developing Positive Habits & Self-Care:
Everything starts with yourself. Which is why I teach my clients how to take care of themselves through establishing positive habits, so that they can be happier and healthier, more productive and successful at work, build better personal and professional relationships.

Health/Fitness/Wellness:
Working as a personal trainer, helped me learn what works best for improving your health and wellness through implementing fitness and healthy nutrition into your lifestyle. On this note, I help my clients with creating personalized workouts for them, as well as educating them about the impact different food groups have on our health and how to create their unique diet.

Stress Management:
I help people to slow down and reflect on their life. Through helping them identify their values and priorities in life, and aligning their actions with their priorities, my clients have been able to lower their stress and increase their happiness and fulfillment.
