I know what it’s like to lose confidence and feel unworthy. I get it because I was there. I suffered from the mind of an abusive narcopath.
I’m living proof that it’s possible to regain your confidence and your life energy by understanding how the abuse started, continued, and ended.
Of course there are other reasons you may be lacking confidence, and I can help there too.
I'm a recent coach graduate but helping others isn't a new thing to me. I've always found that people radiate to me for help or just to have an ear to listen to them.
I am encouraging, understanding, empathic and intuitive.

ONLINE COACHING
I'm offering online coaching because I know that people who experience narcissistic abuse also suffer from C-PTSD and social anxiety. You live day to day and may not want to interact with someone face to face, or feel put on the spot. My purpose is to make you feel comfortable so we can work through your situation. No pressure, no social demands. Online coaching fees are often lower than face to face fees. If you don't have paypal we can arrange some alternative methods of payment.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I am a narcissistic abuse survivor.
I learned the steps needed to be who I am today by taking control over my own recovery. It was difficult, and I know I could have made changes more easily if I had a coach to help, and didn't have to source my own recovery information.
With what I've learned, I found myself finding others who had the same experience. In helping them move forward, I found coaching a natural step to helping more people.
Recovery is empowering and I want all survivors to feel that empowerment.

One Hour Weekly Coaching Online Session: $45
Two x 1 hour Weekly Coaching Online Sessions: $80
Unlimited Monthly Online Coaching: $150
