RESULTS & GOALS
I want help you figure out exactly what it is you want, what your goals are (not what society tells you your goals should be, but what you really want) and then work together to help you overcome anything in your way, and create an action plan to keep you on track.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I like to start off with a free 15 minute introductory session to get to know you better, find out what you want to get out of seeing a coach, and answer any questions you may have for me about my coaching.
Then we can decide what's best after that, like how soon and how frequently you need sessions, etc.
OFFERINGS
PRIVATE COACHING
These one on one sessions with me can be done online or over the phone or over video chat (Skype/Facetime/etc.) and are 50 minutes long, however there is no "egg timer" that goes off at the end which means I never rush you out at the end.
Frequency of sessions depends on you and your needs, we could meet weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
ONLINE COACHING
Online coaching can be done completely through e-mail, and is great for those who have completely full or wonky schedules, or are a little nervous about "meeting" a coach. However, please keep in mind a lot of valuable communication can be lost without verbal cues or body language.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I am a certified professional life coach with a special passion for hiking and backpacking. I have professional experience leading wilderness expeditions for hiking, climbing, and canoeing, that involved teaching participants all the hard skills they need to thrive in the wilderness and help them develop leadership and communication skills. Also assisting them in transferring their new found skills and confidence from the woods, back into their everyday lives.
I have personal experience hiking on The Appalachian Trail, from Georgia to New York in a single trip and realize the intense transitions that happen when you leave your old life behind, spend an extended period of time living in the woods, then trying to find a new life you love. I am so excited to coach others through every step of their long distance hiking journey!
Fee description
Fees:
from $25 USD to $200 USD
$25 - one month of online, e-mail only coaching
$35 - one, 50 minute, coaching session with me to narrow down exactly what you want, what your goals are, and create an action plan together to help you accomplish them.
$90 - three, 50 minute coaching sessions packaged up at a discounted rate.
$200 - seven, 50 minute coaching sessions packaged up at a discounted rate, the seven session package is really geared towards aspiring long distance hikers, with 3 sessions dedicated to planning and preparing for their trip, 1 session while they are in the field, and 3 sessions afterwards to clarify your values and priorities and figure out the "now what?" that comes after a long trip.
