About me

I launched my health coaching business in 2019 to help people with Hashimoto’s disease regain their energy and vitality - to thrive and not just survive.  When I was 14, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease and for the next 23 years I struggled with low energy levels, fatigue, and brain fog.  Then I learned how to combine the right elements of diet, exercise, stress management, and sleep to support my immune system and thyroid.  My mission is to help my clients enjoy the same health transformation that has made my life fun and exciting again.

I spend time getting to know my clients personally and learning all aspects of their health and wellness history.  There are many different ways to use holsitic wellness principals to achieve a health transformation so I cater my plan to the desires, preferences and needs of each of my clients.  My coaching program is based on implementing changes that are immediately impactful, minimally disruptive to the lifestyles of my clients, are repeatable over time, and that lead to transformative changes to the health of my clients.

When I was 14, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease and for the next 23 years I struggled with low energy levels, fatigue, and brain fog.  Then I learned how to combine the right elements of diet, exercise, stress management, and sleep to support my immune system and thyroid.  What I teach my clients is exactly what I did to reverse my disease.  I eat my own dog food.

Fee description

Fees: from $150 USD to $1800 USD

I offer a 12 week coaching package for $1,200 and an 18 week coaching package for $1,800.  Clients can sign up for individual sessions at a cost of $150 pers session after completing either of the coaching packages.
