I spend time getting to know my clients personally and understanding the specific challenges that are preventing them from achieving the body they desire.  I draw connections between their thoughts, emotions, and beliefs about their body and the habits that are blocking them from achieving their body goals.  I help my clients shape their thoughts, emotions, and beliefs to create a new identity and a new set of habits consistent with the new body they want to achieve.
