When choosing a life coach, I strongly believe that it is important to partner with a coach who has experienced many of the issues that you are facing. I've experienced relationship breakdowns and breakups, including divorce, I started and closed a business, I bought and sold real estate and was great at it, I experienced the death of loved ones and the estrangement of family members. It's not what we go through, its how we get through it that matters. I am here to help you get through and over the obstacles that are not allowing you to live the life that you deserve and achieve your happiness.

My coach approach is insightful, compassionate and empowering. Clients who thrive with my intuitively dynamic approach are looking to change their lives and are ready to help make it happen.

I work from the core belief that deep down you know what you’re capable of and what you want – it is my job to help that wisdom surface in your life. I was trained as a co-active coach and I use this approach as the backbone of my coaching practice. Co-active coaching combines keen self-awareness with conscious and bold action.

First and foremost, I listen to you. I validate you when possible and encourage you and help you to understand what brought you to this point in life.

Through well guided strategy sessions, you set short-term, long-term achievable goals. We examine every step of your journey, making certain that you feel comfortable and safe as you proceed to take bolder next steps towards your goals.

I offer private coaching to individuals and small businesses. 

I offer coaching sessions by phone, in-person,  Skype,  and Zoom. 

I provide coaching to groups of 5 to 30 people. I also offer teleconference coaching on a variety of subject matters.

Having experienced the need to set boundaries, face traumatic events, make necessary decisions to be happy and move forward with my life, I knew that I wanted to assist others who are experiencing the same or similar challenges. I wanted to help others rid their lives of the blocks and obstacles that keep them from being whatever their happiness is and creating balance and peace in their lives.

Clients can choose one of the following ways to pay for services: Choice 1: Pay as you go - $65 per session Choice 2: Three (3) months of coaching (6 sessions) - $390 ($130 paid monthly) Choice 3: Three (3) months of coaching (6 sessions) - $365 (if paid in full, a savings of $25)
