I am a vastly experienced coach who has crossed over from Behavioral Safety coaching to follow my passion.
I have spent many years working on myself, and I can honestly say I have never been happier.
I want you to realize that this is possible for everyone and pay it forward.
This is what gets me up in the morning, this is what drives me, and gives me passion.
Coaching has helped me and I would like it to help you. If you are stuck, if you have indecision, if you are struggling.

My coaching style is simple and effective.
Be yourself and I will as well
We will have clearly defined coaching objectives which come from you.
We will both establish a set of rule which work for us
I promise to build and nurture our coaching relationship
I will be organized and each session will be individually tailored to you
I will use my experience and skills to move you from a place of unhelpful behaviours to helpful behaviours which promote change and overcome challenges.
I will be open and honest with you, and maybe sometimes a little tough if needed. Its your call and we will define this when we establish the rules.
Most of all, I will be there for you because I care.

PRIVATE COACHING
Private coaching is available locally for quick win session with either email or telephone follow up.
3 and 6 month coaching packages available in the local area.
Breakthrough sessions can be delivered anywhere in the country, we can find a suitable venue and work from there.
I am even willing to travel abroad to conduct 3 day Breakthrough sessions if I am the coach for you, and you are the client for me. Travel would have to be discussed separately and figured into the package.
ONLINE COACHING
Online coaching is available from a quick win session with follow up, to 3 and 6 month coaching packages.
Flexibility is the name of the game so we can work out what you need and then we can develop a package to suit. Everyone of you is different so lets identify what works for you.
Short courses or group coaching
Short courses and residential group coaching are currently under development and should be announced Q1 2017

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
20 years experience in the military where I chose a coaching style of leadership which was embraced by my subordinates. (I didn't know at the time this was coaching)
Coach and Mentor to the apprentices joining the military.
Entered the Oil and Gas industry as a HSSEQ specialist, Coaching behavioral safety in the work place. Soon found myself acting as a coach outside the worksite. This is when I realized my passion, realized that this is what enthuses and drives me. This is what makes me want to get up in the morning.
I was desperately unhappy looking for answers, blaming this, blaming that. It wasn't until I looked deep inside. I found the answer. I have worked extensively on myself and prodded and pried into my unconscious mind until stuff working into my conscious. I can honestly say I have never been happier, the time is right to take this full time. See that comfort zone and smash the sides. Its going to be hell of a ride so come join me.

Fee description
Fees:
from $75 USD to $4000 USD
Fees start at £75 for an hour and a half quick win session and packages range up to £4000 for a full 3 day breakthrough session. The breakthrough session includes 2 nights accommodation at a suitable relaxing venue.
There is the opportunity to pay monthly on the 3 and 6 month coaching packages
There is the opportunity to pay instalments for breakthrough session.
