About me

Hi, there!

I am Mihaela and my passion is to empower my clients to achieve a transformative change in their mindset and actions, by utilizing proven techniques, enabling them to lead a fulfilling and impactful life.

I provide online coaching for women who are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, overwhelm and much more. My experience has taught me that we all have a great capacity for growth and change, especially when we have the right tools and a nurturing environment to help us.

Through my coaching, you will discover your passions and strengths, setting you on a path towards a fulfilling life. Whether you're looking to improve your relationships, career, or overall well-being, I will provide the tools and support you need to reach your goals. Online coaching is the best way to access support and resources from the comfort of your own home!

I invite you to face your fears, to remain mindful of all your emotions and to accept and embrace your authentic self with kindness. From this place of understanding, you can define the changes you want to make and then, together, we can create a strategy to move from where you are to where you want to be.

I aim to create a coaching space that is secure, accepting and nurturing. My approach is based on neuroscience research, as I am fascinated by how our experiences shape and mold our brain!

The coaching sessions are 50 minutes. We can work on Zoom or Skype, whichever you prefer.
