About me
I passed my life coaching diploma in 2009 and have been coaching women in different categories before specialising in work stress for women.
I have a 30 years work experience in the following industries: retail, hospitality, call centre employee, insurance and airline. I have worked with hundreds of types of people. I have noticed of the years that our main stress is caused by our mind.
A woman's mind often races at night to find solutions to the issues at work. Her mind can't stop thinking of what could happen with their job, their wages, redundancy. I have been through the same worries and fears and I help you to put your mind at rest and find the solutions that will help you to go to work rested and energised.
