I like to coach like a tough loving momma. No excuses. Show up for yourself. We meet once or twice a week via zoom meetings which will be recorded with your permission for your future and mines reference. During the week we will be communicating via WhatsApp or Text Daily You can always reach out to me. I am an advocate on communicating which is key to any relationship.

Each Session is approximately 60 mins 

We do Online Meets via Zoom  Google Meets or whatever video source works best for us.

I've earned my degree in the school of life thru overcoming being a people pleaser by only helping people who want to help themselves. I started taking accountability setting boundaries and focusing on how I feel when I'm out of alignment. As an empath and someone who transformed from mild and meek to bold brave and beautiful. I got tired of making excuses and being a victim. I vowed to help people get healthy. I attended college  earned certificates and degrees in many aspects of the medical field. My favorite was and still is psychology however I wanted to do more and thus began my journey to holistic wellness and being the change I want to see and have for myself and future generations to come. I study and work with Energy, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Chi Gong, and a plethora of other holistic healing modalities that expand our consciousness and align our mind body and soul.

You can choose a 1 month coaching package with approximately 5 video calling sessions per month for $700.

You can choose a 3 months coaching session subscription with approximately 13 Sessions for $1,700.

You can choose a 6 months coaching subscription with approximately 25 Sessions for $3,300.
