I am friendly and no judgmental however I can be a bit forward and am definitely curious about people and where they are in their lives.
I enjoy getting to know people, what makes them tick and how I can help them improve their lives on a variety of levels.
I have a background in counseling, although I am no longer a licensed counselor. I am certified as a life coach and am working on my master life coach certification.
I'd love to chat with you and determine whether we are a fit to work together or determine if you would be better with another coach. While i enjoy working with people I am honest and will let you know if you are in a place or need help wth something that you might be better served by someone else.

I require attendance, I require accountability and I require homework and action steps to be completed or at the very least attempted. I want you to be committed as the only way to get results is to committ yourself to what you really want and what you want to change.
I coach based on the person I am working with. I like to take a non directive approach in which I use questions to help my clients process through thoughts, feelings and situations. However, sometimes this isnt ideal for every client so I use a variety of processes depending on what works best for each individual client and that I feel will get them the best results for their time spent.

I offer one on one phone coaching typically last about 1 hour but if we need more time I leave area in my schedule to accomdate that.
I offer email coaching as well, typically between phone coaching sessions
Online video coaching is available as well as email coaching and text message coaching.
I spent 5 years working with youth and adults as an addiction counselor and pursued my education into Marriage and Family Therapy. I chose life coaching as a path due to its solution focused basis.
I have years of challenging life experience that I learned from including relationship challenges, family challenges and personal goal challenges.
