I’m currently in an academy in order to acquire the diploma in "Professional Counsciousness Coaching" accredited by ICF (International Coaching Federation). I have reach the level that allows me to use the coaching Protocol with real clients.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
The intake session takes 40-45 minutes and is free of charge. Like other sessions it can be done by Skype or phone. The intake session agenda look as following:
- Clarification of the nature of coaching
- Definition of the coaching cycle. Creation of the objectives of the coaching cycle. One cycle contains usually 6 sessions. In the beginning one per week and then we can adjust the interval.
- Explanation of the terms and conditions (length, price, confidentiality, ethics,..)
A typical session of a cycle starts with a check-in and what opened up since last session. The goal of the session is then defined. During the session you will be empowered by powerfull questions to reach you goals defined. The session ends with a list of assignments and commitments and then we close the session. you will get a client protocol to take note during the session.

Since I have currently a full time contract, I can't ask for money. However in order to be able to have an ICF accredited coach diploma, I'm required to have paid customers. I propose therefore that you offer something worth minimum 25 EUR per session. Contact me if you want details
