About me
I am an HR professional with 15 years of experience across varied roles in Human Resources function. I have been fortunate to have worked with organizations across sectors – service, manufacturing, banking and internet. This journey has exposed me to different cultures – I have worked with professionals across the globe – Singapore, China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, UK and US.
I have discovered my passion for Coaching. Coaching is a beautiful process that enables the clients to get in touch with their deeper inner self. It gets them to engage with their needs, values, goals, passion, dreams and inner voice. Coaching provides a framework to reflect on things that matter, gives us an opportunity to be more self-aware and tap into one’s own resourcefulness.
I am also a Reiki Channel and my connection with Reiki has helped me to rise from the ashes as a phoenix and get to where I am. It has provided me strength to manage toughest of times in life and kept me going.

Ongoing training
Work with the client for extending period of time and help them create their vision board. Identify patterns that needs to be broken, identify strengths that needs to be harnessed. Decide on action plan and walking through it while celebrating various milestones on the journey.
