I became a certified lifestyle/business coach. Now I not only organize, but also coach and provide programs that solve people’s problems!
I provide the tools to achieve the clarity, confidence and balance individuals require in order to succeed at work and live the life they’ve always wanted. I do this by focusing on your story, old limiting beliefs, discovering your core values, guiding you through transformation into the empowered person you were meant to be …
And, yes, that includes showing you how to discover your calling, pursue it and, most importantly, live it!

I’ve used these programs to help many people address these issues, find answers to their questions and create solutions so they can move forward in a positive, authentic and prosperous direction on their life journey.

OFFERINGS
PRIVATE COACHING
Initial Program:
I offer 1/2 day (4 hour) or full day (6 hour) VIP Days. These can be virtual or face-to-face. I want to fully know you, your strengths/weaknesses, why do you want to be coached? Before I ask you to invest time and money in a long-term coaching program, let me show you how much progress you can make in a half or full day of one-on-one attention.
ONLINE COACHING
I am a believer in emotional intelligence. The more you know about yourself, the better you can achieve transformation. I offer an online course to learn more about yourself. The first segment, Emotional Intelligence, is completely free. Just go to my website and take the questionnaire. You will get a unique report written by me (no cookie cutter reports) based on your personal answers. The remaining 3 segments dig deeper into your personality. I review all your data and talk to you one-on-one for 30 minutes to discuss your results.
Short courses or group coaching
I provide 60 minute live webinars for groups on specific subjects. Stress Management, Mindfulness, Personality, Right-Brain vs Left-Brain Strategies. These are basic level webinars - if you want to dig deeper, you can contact me and we will discuss ongoing training.
Ongoing training
My minimum one-on-one coach training is a 3 month program. This wouldn't occur unless you already had either a 1/2 day or full day VIP session with me. My ongoing coaching programs are personally written and executed for individuals who have established a relationship with me through prior programs.
Fee description
Fees:
from $200 USD to $3999 USD
For programs more than $500, one payment receives 20% off. VIP Days = 2 payments of 50% at registration, 50% day of VIP Day. All other coaching programs may be paid monthly.
