I did my undergrad at George Mason University, obtaining my bachelors of science in Kinesology as well as my Certified strength and conditioning specialtist (CSCS). Post graduation, I was practicing as a personal trainer and professioned in Orthopedic Medical Sales. Post SCI, I am now pursing my passion as a life coach to help others obtain Quality Control of their lives.
