Rapport building is important to me & I do this by providing a nonjudgemental, non bias, safe space for clients to share their current experience & ideal goals. Sessions can be formal & informal and I set up a structure where I can be reached 24hours a day.

I provide specialized individualized plans based off of your unique needs. This is a collaborative approach while through creation of you plan we identify the package and plan that is best for you.
I specialize in one on one coaching but also provide group coaching as a compliment to the goals that we are currently working towards together.

I have 10 years experience in the mental health and behavioral health field where I have coached, supported in community settings, provided therapy and assisted people in achieving their goals. Health & wellbeing is my passion and I believe strongly in the mental & physical health connection. My goal is to support people in becoming mentally healthy so that they are empowered enough to reach their full potential. Inaddition to my experience, I have obtained a bachelor's & masters degree in related fields ( psychology & social work) as well as minored in human development. Through course work I have also completed 2 years in internships & have attended numerous trainings.

45 minute one on one session: 75.00
Messaging 25- 50/day
Packages range from 350.00 to 5000 and can be paid weekly.
