I like to take laid back, conversational approach to help you set and achieve goals. I do like to assign growth assignments and provide tools you can keep with you at all times.

• One coaching session per week via video or phone call (1 hour sessions)
• 1 time email support in between sessions to keep you motivated and encouraged (Monday of each week)

Elevation Package
• 6 month commitment to really starting experiencing growth
• One coaching sessions per week via video or phone call (1 hour sessions)
• One check-in call per month to assess where you are with your goals (30 minute call)
• Unlimited email support in between sessions to keep you motivated and encouraged (Monday & Friday of each week)
Price: $1440
Total Mastery Package
• 12 Month commitment for mental, emotional, spiritual and physical mastery
• One coaching session per week via video or phone call (1 hour sessions)
• One check-in call per month to assess where you are with your goals (30 minute call)
• Unlimited email support in between sessions to keep you motivated and encouraged (Monday, Wednesday & Friday of each week)

The fees are broken down into packages. My packages are a 1 month trial starting at $390, a 3 month package at $900, a 6 month package at $1440 and a 12 month package at $2400
