During my own health crisis, I became determined to heal as naturally and safely as possible from debilitating health conditions that had plagued me for years, limiting my activities, causing anxiety, and putting me on disability from my Corporate job.
Because of my personal journey, I take a holistic approach to my work by supporting my clients in harnessing the power of their mind, body and spirit. I believe that by tuning into each of these areas of my clients’ lives, they can experience deep healing on multiple levels, as well as transformational life changes.
