I like to coach in a quiet, relaxed, virtual environment that is free of distractions so that I can give my clients my undivided attention whether by phone or video (on Zoom).

I offer one-on-one coaching sessions. You can choose whichever coaching package works best for you -- a single session or a variety of my multi-session packages.  To see what each package has to offer, check out my 'shop'.

All coaching sessions are held through Zoom, where you get to choose if you want the camera on or off.  The dial-in Zoom option is also available and will be emailed to you once you schedule an appointment with me.

Women are strong and resilient because we have to be. However, navigating the many transitions of life is often overwhelming and daunting. Sometimes we find it easier to stick with what we know rather than to follow our divine callings for our lives. Why suffer in silence when you know it's time to breakthrough your fears, your traditions, and your perceived limitations? I've been there and done that!

I've learned how to turn my pain into power, and you can too! My divorce many years ago, as devastingly painful as it was, proved to be the catalyst for getting me to the next level in my educational career. Since my divorce, I've earned a masters degree in education and will have my doctorate in educational leadership in May 2024.

Change is hard and scary but necessary. That's where I come in. I like to say that God has uniquely situated me at the juncture between education and ministry. With nearly 15 years in education as a teacher and school principal and over 30 years in active ministry, I use both my expertise and compassion to transform and empower as many lives as I can through my coaching practice.
