I was introduced to meditation at the age of 5, and was raised with many yogic practices. I am a dancer and instructor, and yoga and meditation instructor. My greatest passion is to serve in our awakening to the most passionate, joyful, enlivened life possible! I am always expanding my knowledge and experience through professional courses, and in depth studies of the mind, body, emotions and spirit. I am a positive thinker and motivator, and I work well with clients of all backgrounds.
