Hello, I am Shama Grimmage, M.Ed. I have become a Life Coach specializing in Life Coaching, Teen Coaching, Career Coaching and Student Success Coaching. My career in Life Coaching began in 2014, following several life-changing personal growth courses I participated in. I am professionally trained and certified. It is my goal to equip my clients to make better decisions in all areas of life by learning how to love themselves and becoming empowered with self-confidence. Having the opportunity to add my knowledge and life experience to my passion for helping others is truly rewarding.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I provide individualized coaching in person and online that is both active and interactive with regular feedback.
I expect that you will be open and willing to assume a positive outlook on yourself and life; that you will be accountable for your choices and decisions; and that all assignments/activities will be completed on time.
You can expect help establishing and maintaining focus of your goals; holding you accountable to your commitments. You can also expect returned phone calls and/or emails within 72 hours days of being sent.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I became a life coach not ONLY because it is my passion and my purpose, but also because I know what it feels like be surrounded by fears, overwhelmed by doubts. I was once that person that felt the burdens of life and felt like giving up. As a life coach I want to be the person to move my clients to self empowerment, short and long term goal achievements, life transformations (Self Esteem, etc.) and simply enjoying life.
I am a Certified Professional Life Coach, soon I am also venturing into Motivational Speaking. I am the owner and founder of Your Journey Life Coaching, LLC. I am also currently in Higher Education Administration and a full time Doctoral Student.
Over the years, many life experiences, has prepared me to helping individuals overcome their obstacles and enhance their lives. I look to provide education and unconditional positive support so clients gain insight into their situation in order to create a meaningful vision for all aspects of their lives.

Fees: from $89 to $1100
Cost is $89.00 per session (60 min). However, 3 month pkg include 12, 1 hour sessions for only $1100.00.
Book monthly 4 session packages and receive 15% discount.
Additional packages, based upon a needs' assessment, are available.
