She has served 100's of clients worldwide in her last 9 years as a life coach. She is certified with New Life Coach Inc. and a member of the Biblical Coaching Alliance. 1. Coaching Through Change
Helping clients through change by reducing threats. not hurrying the process, respecting traditional biblical values, supporting the person being coached, and providing practical guidelines in how to make things happen (i.e. career change).
2. Coaching Through Transitions
The coach's role is to listen, empower, and enlarge the client's perspective as well as explore options and allow the client to make the choices while Providing structure and keeping the client focused on their goals.
3. Coaching for Balance
Helping The client think through what a more balanced life would look like for them by assisting them in identifying their core values and the vision that arises from them. Then, develop a plan to bring their lives more in line with that vision.
4. Relationship and Family Coaching
Helping parents see their need to be a clear picture of their visions and values for their marriages and children. If they do not set the vision and values the culture, peers, television, and media will instill values and non-Christian direction for that person's family.
5. Spiritual Coaching
Helping the client to be the person God wants them to be and to help them fulfill the purpose God has for their life as well as helping people have a more intimate relationship with God.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
Coaching is different from counseling in this, counseling is imparting to you what God has given to me. Coaching is drawing out of you what God has put in you. When we work together you will be in the driver seat. You will be creating your own agenda and I will cheer you on as you take your own initiative. My role as your coach will be to support you, to encourage you, and to hold you accountable against the goals you set. I will come along side you and guide you toward identifying and defining plans of action. We will also examine alternate ways those plans can be accomplished. At the end of every coaching session an action plan will be established. As your Coach I will push you toward discovering a solution as opposed to simply giving you the answer. The coaching you will receive with me will be more about focusing forward rather than healing the past.
